Full-Time Safety, Quality & Clinical Coordinator

• Demonstrated experience in administration or coordination roles, with a proven ability to resolve complaints effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, confident in navigating challenging conversations.
• Proficient in engaging effortlessly and confidently with patients, their representatives, colleagues, clinicians, and external bodies when needed.
• Skilled in collaborating and building relationships seamlessly across teams, effectively interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders.

We offer a fully remote working model or hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home.
