We are recruiting a Clinical Provider Relationship Manager to lead relationship and engagement activities with specialist clinical providers of vocational rehabilitation pathways supporting L&G Group Protection and IPB.
Homebased role, with occasional travel.
Monday-Friday.
Base salary up to £55,000, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical provider relationships operationally, building effective relationships pre and post engagement to maximize claim outcomes and promote understanding of claims and clinical philosophy.
- Drive awareness and understanding of clinical provider services within L&G and its protection customers.
- Assess and monitor provider performance against expectations.
- Collaborate with Distribution & Marketing to develop opportunities for corporate protection proposition delivery.
- Assist clinical team members to design the best care pathway for customers.
- Train, mentor, and develop colleagues and clinical providers.
- Produce management information to demonstrate quality customer outcomes and manage risks.
