Full-Time Strategic Consultant

As a member of Blue Fin Group's consulting team, this associate will deliver consulting services to clients. Success is measured by growing and supporting Blue Fin Group's presence and reputation.

Scope, Attributes & Expectations:

1. Firm Building: Effectively communicate BFG's BHAG and Mission, support strategic initiatives, demonstrate core values, comply with policies and procedures, utilize BFG technology and project methodology.
2. People Management & Development: Identify potential candidates, support new associates, develop SMART goals, complete self-assessment, prepare for 1:1 discussions with manager, create a Professional Development Plan.
3. Business Development: Identify project and extension opportunities, communicate effectively with project teams and clients.
4. Project & Client Management: Understand project goals, client business models, and project objectives. Own quality and timeliness of work, identify and escalate issues. Maintain client relationships, demonstrate critical thinking and build expertise.
5. Consulting Services Delivery: Contribute to business plan components, achieve a minimum utilization rate of 86%, familiarize with consultant services, develop subject matter expertise, build voice in Blue Fin Group.
6. Industry Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership content (white papers, articles, etc.).

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree/licensure preferred, 3+ years healthcare/life sciences industry experience, previous consulting experience required.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
