Description
• The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for optimizing the productivity and effectiveness of Restore’s in-studio sales & lead management philosophy. • This role will provide training, content, and tools that support the online lead management and retail sales process, ensuring alignment with our brand and franchise model. • This role reports to the VP of Marketing.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or similar role within a multi-unit franchise environment. • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, sales processes, and sales best practice. • Experience rolling out a sales process in a multi-unit retail operation. • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to deliver engaging sales training sessions. • Strong communication skills, to effectively convey complex information and ideas. • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies. • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and marketing.
