About the Role: You'll be heavily involved in pre-sales for cutting-edge tech projects, primarily with Salesforce, Agentforce, and more. Reporting to the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering, you'll demonstrate NeuraFlash's value for Salesforce, build technical credibility, and create compelling proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Salesforce and NeuraFlash products/assets to customers
- Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops
- Gather requirements for large-scale service transformation projects
- Create compelling demos showcasing Salesforce platform value and NeuraFlash consulting
- Create and modify proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses
- Maintain and update lead management, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Liaise between sales and technical teams
- Learn about Salesforce, Agentforce, Einstein, AWS, and our AI products to advise customers and teams
- Collaborate with delivery teams on project scope and estimates
- Provide customer feedback and solutions to product management
- Drive innovation in Salesforce capabilities and AI
Requirements:
- 2-3 years selling CRM solutions/services (preferably Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce)
- 2-3 years in customer-facing roles (pre-sales/solution engineering preferred)
- BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- 2-3 years consulting experience
- Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce Service cloud platform & architecture
- Rapid learning in the AI space
- Strong customer facing, communication & team player skills
