What you will be doing
- Delivering presentations about new AI product features to targeted customers and relay feedback to the innovation team
- Achieving retention goals by upselling all-in-one software subscriptions and ensuring customer success through strategic engagement
- Nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring smooth operations, communication, and full adoption of services
What you will NOT be doing
- Chasing quotas or commissions
- Attending in-person customer meetings
Key responsibilities
- The role directly contributes to subscription revenue retention by driving customer engagement with our solutions, particularly through the adoption of AI features
Candidate requirements
- At least 3 years of experience selling B2B software products
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, clay.com, or apollo.ai to increase productivity
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships effectively and achieve retention goals
