Full-Time Senior Accountant

Role OverviewAs a Senior Accountant, you will oversee accounting for entities within the global Finance team. Focus areas include compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Strong work ethic and experience in a fast-paced environment is required. You will report directly to the Director of Accounting in the UK.

What You Will Do

• Timely and accurate month-end closing for assigned entities (accruals, prepayments, fixed assets).
• Monthly payroll accounting and collaboration with payroll team.
• Close collaboration with AR, AP, treasury, and tax teams for accurate accounting.
• Accurate Tax and VAT reporting with the Tax Team.
• Manage audit and annual statutory filings (working with external consultants if needed).
• Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliations, adhering to group rules and policy.
• Full balance sheet controls and reconciliations, ensuring team ownership and communication.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven finance professional with management and statutory accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, relationship building, and financial presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and interpreting/presenting financial data.
• German language skills are beneficial.
