Full-Time Senior Accountant

Position Overview:Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant supports the Finance and Accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in day-to-day accounting and financial close process. This role handles Accounts Payable (AP), various accounting responsibilities, month-end closing activities (journal entries, reconciliations, analyses), and quarterly SEC reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete monthly close process (journal entries, account analysis, reconciliations, consolidated financial statements).
2. Analyze general ledger transactions, prepare accruals and reclass entries with AP team.
3. Prepare monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies for accurate reporting.
4. Maintain prepaid and fixed asset records in NetSuite.
5. Collaborate with outsourced accounting/payroll providers for foreign subsidiaries.
6. Review Sales & Use tax requirements by state.
7. Assist in annual external audit, analyzing and preparing schedules.
8. Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations.
9. Collaborate for process improvements with cross-functional teams.
10. Assist with developing and implementing internal controls.
11. Perform special projects and ad hoc duties.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA, CA, or Philippine CPA license preferred.

Experience:3-5 years’ accounting experience in a publicly traded company required.

Skills:Strong proficiency with accounting software/tools, understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax preparation, and regulatory compliance. Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, sum if). Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure. Excellent communication, time management, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with strong work ethic and integrity.
