Senior Accountant - Remote

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Managing financial transactions
• Analyzing financial reports
• Ensuring legal requirements compliance
• Processing accounts payable and receivable
• Managing invoices and tax payments

Duties include:

• Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
• Verifying transactions are posted accurately.
• Performing partial checks of the posting process.
• Completing tax forms.
• Entering data, maintaining records, and creating reports and financial statements.
• Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions.
• Preparing and filing financial documents.
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Processing Bank/Credit card Reconciliations.
• Assisting with month-end/year-end close.
• Producing ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Working with staff accountants as required.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Proficient in Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• High attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (preferred)
• Ability to work independently
