Full-Time Senior AI Engineer

Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, deploy, and improve ML and generative AI solutions.
• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, engineers, and product managers.
• Mentor junior team members.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI models.
• Experienced with the full ML lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with large language models.
• Proficient in Python and software engineering practices.
• Skilled in working with real-world data, especially healthcare data.
• Effective collaborator and communicator.
• MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

The annual base salary range is between $200,000- $220,000 annually. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer.
