Full-Time Senior AI Engineer

• Architectural Strategy: Define and establish the foundational architecture and best practices for all future AI/ML projects.
• End-to-End AI Implementation: Design, build, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve key business problems.
• MLOps & Infrastructure: Establish and champion MLOps best practices to create a robust and automated machine learning lifecycle.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data analysts, and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI.
• Stay Current: Continuously research and evaluate the latest advancements in AI/ML.

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a role with hands-on experience focused on developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Proven experience architecting and building solutions using modern AI services from major cloud providers.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and LLM application frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem for both software development and AI/ML.
• Expertise within the Databricks ecosystem.
• Experience with MLOps tools and principles, especially MLflow.
• Expert knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, including natural language processing (NLP).
