Full-Time Senior Analyst - Global Treasury

This is a hybrid role, you must be able to report in to our Chicago, IL office. SIGN-ON BONUS eligible!

Support the Manager of Treasury Operations in managing the Company's cash, debt and investment positions.

Approve the daily cash position set by the Treasury Analyst to ensure that the daily banking transactions are executed in a timely and accurate manner. Assist the Manager of Treasury Operations in administering the cash management network (i.e., bank accounts and all related services) for all U.S. and Canadian entities.

1. Approve the daily cash position for U.S. and Canadian entities set by the Treasury Analysts.
2. Approve daily ACH & wires.
3. Determine the investment & borrowing position.
4. Create/update the short-term cash forecast.
5. Understand each company's operating cash flow and the impact it will have on RRD's cash flow.
6. Responsible for month-end accounting.
7. Accrue for any incurred but unpaid expense/income managed by Treasury Operations personnel such as interest expense, bank service charges, letter of credit fees, rating agency fees, investment income, and other departmental expenses.
8. On a quarterly basis, review performance against established benchmarks and update the Moody's and S&P credit ratings of the investment vehicles
9. Treasury Workstation expert for creating new business units, bank accounts, cash pools, and bank mapping issues.
10. Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Able to apply expertise in all the tools or applications used to complete work assignments.

Able to mentor junior-level team members in the use of tools and/or systems in the position.

Requires excellent communication skills with the ability to state messages in a clear manner by using language that is easy for others to understand.

Able to explain program policies and procedures in language that is understood by others.

Must be able to modify communication style both formal and informal to match the appropriate level of the audience targeted.

Requires a strong understanding of the impact of a message on the organization or customer.

• Bachelor's degree in discipline related to function of work, with 5 years of relevant work experience
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is preferred

The national pay range for this role is $73500 to $120800 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
