Full-Time Senior Associate, Asset Management

• Be a single point of contact for stakeholders regarding asset management services (US Mortgage).
• Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Produce error-free work consistently.
• Maintain 100% quality.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Meet output HRDs set by the business unit.
• Research top priority items, providing detailed investigation of complaints and disputes.
• Ability to discern matters requiring escalation to Supervisor.
• Timely completion of all work assignments and projects.
• Maintain strong team alliance, work with co-workers to achieve team and department goals.

Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in US mortgage industry, Title curative, Asset management.

Critical Requirements: Mortgage background, Good communication skills, Ability to speak in a neutral/American accent.
