Full-Time Senior Automation Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, development, and execution of robust automated test suites.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies and frameworks.
• Design and architect scalable and maintainable automated test suites.
• Identify and select appropriate automation tools and technologies.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript.
• Develop and execute automated tests for UI, API, and database layers.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Analyze test results and generate detailed reports.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation and database testing.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across applications.
• Utilize Testim (or TestComplete, or similar tools) to create and maintain automated tests.
• Configure and customize automation tools to meet project requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend new automation tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software test automation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/VM Scripting.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database testing.
• Hands-on experience with Testim (preferred) or similar automation tools (TestComplete, Cypress, etc.).
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing is a plus.
• Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
