As a Senior Product Designer, you will join one of our Avrios product teams, handling the entire product experience from Discovery to Delivery. Your designs must align with key stakeholders and incorporate their feedback throughout. Collaboration with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers is key to creating intuitive, simple, yet powerful products.
Influence the user experience: Take ownership of the design process across the Avrios product lifecycle, from product discovery to vision for impactful user experiences.
Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers, Researchers, and Engineers to understand and meet user needs.
Drive design decisions: Lead conversations with peers to finalize UX and UI deliverables, promoting a culture of feedback and iteration.
Shape the design system: Maintain, enhance, and guide its evolution to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Collaborative culture: Collaborate directly with Product Managers, shaping the future of the product.
Empowered by leadership: Leadership fosters a bottom-up culture where your ideas are valued.
Shape the agenda: Handle major projects in-house, giving you a chance to make a significant impact on the design direction.
Strong language skills: Fluent in German (C1 level) and English is essential.
Extensive UX/UI expertise: Experience as a CX Designer, Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role with strong collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
T-shaped skills: Strong product design skills with additional expertise in areas like motion, growth, or brand design.
Proven project leadership: Experience leading medium design projects using user-centered design methodologies and research.
Business impact understanding: Understanding how product design contributes to achieving business objectives and strategy.
Impressive portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating a user-centered approach, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail (link required).
