About the Role: Hello Heart is growing and seeks a Senior Brand Designer to join the marketing team. The role involves designing engaging content, elevating the brand image, and translating ideas into visually stunning designs.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for all marketing design needs, raising creative development and execution.
- Collaborate to deliver quality, on-brand designs for diverse audiences.
- Ideate and execute marketing campaign assets (B2B and B2C).
- Support the direct mail process and collaborate with the member marketing team.
- Design materials for B2C growth marketing efforts.
- Modernize existing content to high design standards, ensuring brand alignment.
- Support designs using insights, including quantitative data and qualitative feedback.
- Collaborate with other designers to ensure visual identity consistency.
- Create and manage a brand asset library.
- Solve design challenges while maintaining consistency.
- Provide design documentation and specifications.
- Manage and assist with brand photoshoots.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years graphic design experience, ideally with in-house and agency experience.
- 5+ years B2B and B2C growth marketing, direct mail, and enrollment campaigns.
- Experience in digital healthcare marketing is a plus.
- Proven expertise in managing creative projects.
- Mastery of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Experience designing diverse assets.
- Experience in a scaling company.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
- Expertise with creative design tools (Adobe CC, Figma/Sketch).
- Familiarity with enterprise tools (Salesforce, Google Suite, Pardot, Asana).
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
