As a critical member, you will manage ServiceNow requirements and integrations, ensuring seamless operations. Your expertise will assist in designing and implementing features for ITSM, CSM, ITAM, and ITOM applications.
Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing ServiceNow platform requirements and integrations.
- Managing project scope changes, identifying risks, and creating contingency plans.
- Documenting business stakeholder requirements for ServiceNow functionalities.
- Identifying technical dependencies and recommending solutions.
- Creating business application functional/technical specifications for ServiceNow.
- Leading project meetings and distributing meeting notes.
- Developing user test cases and facilitating user acceptance testing.
- Cultivating standard operating procedures for deployments, focusing on ServiceNow.
- Communicating with managers and end-users during change management.
- Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Administering ServiceNow platform operations for optimal performance.
- Maintaining ServiceNow platform integrity across instances.
- Executing installation and testing of updates/new releases.
- Providing configuration and customization assistance (form tailoring, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, third-party integrations).
- Designing and configuring new applications/modules within the ServiceNow environment.
- Troubleshooting patch/release management issues.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications for ServiceNow projects.
- Implementing new functionality (UI forms, fields, notifications, workflows, JavaScript code).
- Creating reports, widgets, and dashboards for operational efficiency.
- Monitoring and maintaining SLA workflows.
- Developing, monitoring, modifying, and publishing service catalog workflows.
- Serving as a configuration and asset manager for the Anaplan CMDB.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree (technical preferred), ITIL V3/V4 Certifications, and/or ServiceNow Systems Administration Certification preferred.
- 8+ years implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong ServiceNow knowledge and best practices.
- ITIL best practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration, Service Mapping).
- SLDC methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile) experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
