This position requires experience with batch consumer-related credit bureau projects, including prescreening, account review, and archive-related products.
Responsibilities:
- Assess client requirements and provide industry best practices.
- Offer creative solutions and position company products.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients.
- Identify project efficiencies.
Key Functions:
- Create programs from concept through implementation, including planning, business analysis, requirements definition, and design.
- Ensure project completion follows FCRA laws and company rules.
- Build partnerships across departments to configure solutions.
You will:
- Be the primary technical liaison for clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide expert consultation in designing and implementing client programs.
- Lead projects from concept through implementation, including planning, business analysis, and execution.
- Assess client needs and recommend solutions.
- Resolve project issues and recommend systemic improvements.
- Collaborate across departments to develop solutions.
- Mentor team members.
- Manage multiple accounts and programs, including scheduling and billing.
- Conduct final quality reviews and ensure program accuracy.
- Develop project plans and segmentation strategies.
- Make technical decisions using modeling techniques.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
- Credit/Banking/Lending experience.
- Understanding of FCRA laws.
- 5+ years of knowledge of systems capabilities and software platforms.
- Knowledge of database management principles.
- Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools.
