Full-Time Senior Business Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements within the banking domain
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows for development teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and developers to design effective solutions.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and propose improvements to existing processes and systems.
• Support system implementation, including test case preparation, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in banking processes, compliance, and customer journeys.
• Mentor junior business analysts and provide domain expertise to the team.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the banking/financial services domain.
• Strong understanding of banking products and processes.
• Hands-on experience with requirement elicitation, process modeling (BPMN, UML), and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
