Summary: The Senior Manager, Global Finance Product is a critical role responsible for developing and maintaining the product roadmap for Integrated Risk across the enterprise. The perfect candidate is bold, curious, results-oriented, and highly adept at building bridges.

You will be responsible for building a multifacted roadmap across the enterprise serving the business strategy across finance, legal, procurement and other cross functional stakeholders.

You will execute a governance framework across a complex landscape of stakeholders and critical business functions including audit, soc, ethics and compliance, cyber security, cloud security, vendor risk and others.

You will play a pivotal role in defining the direction and success of the internal adoption, usage and leverage of IRM to support company success.

Ensure the delivery of exceptional value to key stakeholders through strategic leadership and effective alignment of work with strategic priorities, with flawless execution in the following areas:

1. Lead the development and execution of the internal IRM product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and create a product roadmap.
3. Lead governance, communication and facilitate collaboration across stakeholders at all level to ensure transparent execution of the roadmap.
4. Partner closely with the Program Management, Change Management, Finance stakeholders and Digital Technology (DT) teams to drive product strategy and vision, business requirements, product planning, roadmap and prioritization, and product marketing.
5. Serve as the champion of the business, translating business strategy into business case, value definition, and initial requirements for new products and enhancements.
6. Identify and reconcile roadmap dependencies and prioritize opportunities to align and co-develop solutions in partnership with technology, engineering, and UX teams.
7. Engage in all product development activities, including but not limited to product planning, requirements refinement, tradeoff decisions, development of test plans and success criteria, and all agile ceremonies.
8. Support program management, change management, and internal go-to-market on product marketing strategy, change management plan, and any enablement and adoption activities (e.g., knowledge article, FAQ for Finance case management).
9. Apply product principles and design thinking to automate processes, innovate on the ServiceNow platform and deliver a simplified and highly-integrated employee experience.
10. Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.
11. Provide thought leadership on how to enhance product maturity across an organization and support internal training and change management activities.

You have strong technical knowledge and the ability to work closely with world-class engineering partners to devise strategies, solve for complex system interdependencies, and build performant and scalable solutions to serve customer-facing applications.

Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in slides; comfortable in business as well as technical discussions

Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the risk management or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of integrated risk management principles and best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Domain experience preferred in one more more: SOC, Internal Audit, Cyber Security, Security, Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, Ethics policies and compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies and their application in risk management.
• Certification in risk management (e.g., CRISC, CISM, or similar) is a plus.
