Full-Time Senior Business Strategy Specialist

ServiceNow is seeking an analytical and strategic operations manager for the Platform & GenAI Strategic Operations Team to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and execute operational cadences (product reviews, OKRs, etc.).
2. Support alignment between Product leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
3. Support data-driven decision-making by defining and tracking KPIs.
4. Program manage cross-functional initiatives and programs.
5. Drive process improvements for streamlined communication and decision-making.
6. Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, and suggest recommendations.
7. Support senior leaders on ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in product operations, business operations, or management consulting at a top-tier software company.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects, building relationships, and influencing others.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and/or SQL.
