Job Details
As a Senior Civil Engineer on the Data Center Civil Team, you'll be part of large, complex projects. You'll manage projects, lead design, and prepare planning/design docs, calculations, and team/client standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Project management
- Design engineering leadership
- Planning & design document preparation
- Design calculations
- Team & client standard development/maintenance
- Quality assurance/quality control (potentially)
- Complex project advisory
- Coordination with other Olsson teams, professionals, technical staff, clients, and consultants
- Job site observation, and client meetings

Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork ability
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years related Civil Engineering experience
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software
