Full-Time Senior Commercial Finance Manager

• Reporting to the Head of FP&A.
• Partner for commercial performance.
• Shape and lead the financial reporting framework.
• Drive strategic planning and forecasting.
• Align business performance with measurable objectives and outcomes.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of a consistent reporting framework.
• Partner closely with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders.
• Deliver clear, actionable reporting and analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast.
• Support planning and forecasting cycles, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Drive establishment and tracking of company-wide OKRs and performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly operational and financial reports with insights that drive strategy.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on financial and operational data to extract insights.
• Collaborate with teams across Technology, People & Talent, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and reporting efficiencies.

• Extensive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering.
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• CA or CFA qualification preferred.
• Strong 3-way modelling and advanced Excel/financial analysis skills.
• A proven track record in budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A results-driven, strategic thinker.
• Highly collaborative, accountable, and detail-oriented.
