Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator with CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) experience.
Responsibilities:
Software: CostX experience preferred. Measurement software essential.
Responsibilities:
- Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design.
- Delivering and presenting updated cost plans.
- Providing program-level estimates for specific scopes of work.
- Reviewing proposed design changes and preparing estimates.
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing cost information.
- Assessing cost effectiveness of alternate products.
- Supporting training on new project estimating tools.
- Supporting preparation of leadership presentations.
- Delivering Life Cycle Costing models.
- SOX control responsibilities.
- Preparation of benchmarking reports.
- Measurement and estimation from a first principle basis.
- Measuring using CSI Masterformat.
- Reviews of 3rd party estimates.
- Preparation of estimates for project change orders.
Software: CostX experience preferred. Measurement software essential.
