Full-Time Senior Construction Estimator - Mechanical & Process Piping

• Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design.
• Delivering and presenting updated cost plans.
• Providing program-level estimates for specific scopes of work.
• Reviewing proposed design changes and preparing estimates.
• Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing cost information.
• Assessing cost effectiveness of alternate products and value engineering ideas.
• Supporting training on new project estimating tools/templates.
• Supporting preparation of leadership presentations.
• Delivering Life Cycle Costing models.
• Preparing benchmarking reports.
• Measuring and estimation from a first principle basis.
• Reviewing 3rd party estimates and preparing reports.
• Preparing estimates for project change orders and review of EPCM submissions.

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D facilities.
• CGMP facilities.

• CostX experience preferred.
• Experience in measurement software essential.
• AACE membership or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a cost management role.
• Experience providing conceptual estimating services.
• Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters.
• Excellent communication skills.
