Full-Time Senior Construction Scheduler (Data Center Portfolio)

• Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the owner’s program.
• Establish and implement schedule management frameworks for large-scale capital programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders.
• Prepare baseline schedules and supporting documentation.
• Perform resource loading and leveling, and integrate contractor schedules into the IMS.
• Analyze schedule impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor deviations and variances, and support corrective action plans.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
• Generate and present schedule progress reports.
• Maintain accurate records of scope changes and schedule risks.
• Ensure schedule data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of relevant experience in scheduling and project controls.
• Demonstrated experience in Program Advisory roles.
• Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and the Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Strong understanding of data center projects (preferred).
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
