Full-Time Senior Consultant - Pre Sales - BFS

Seeking a BPM Service Solution Consultant & Architect to join our BFS team. Ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in designing and delivering process solutions for clients in Retail Banking, Card Operations, and Payment Operations.

• Solution Design & Architecture: Develop end-to-end BPM solutions aligned to client objectives. Collaborate with technology, operations, and transformation teams to design process flows, SLAs, controls, and delivery models. Create operating models including onshore/offshore, hybrid, and digital-first delivery strategies.
• Presales Leadership & Strategic Solutioning: Lead pre-sales teams in designing solutions. Develop compelling WIN themes and unique differentiators. Coordinate agile solution response teams for RFI/RFP submissions. Integrate operations, digital, and analytics into cohesive solutions. Drive transformative solutioning focused on delivering differentiated client outcomes.
• Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of retail banking operations, card issuance/servicing, and domestic/cross-border payment operations.
• Market Development & Capability Building: Identify transformation opportunities and translate them into structured capability development use cases. Design and implement go-to-market strategies. Support analyst surveys and industry RFIs. Partner with internal teams to institutionalize best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field. PG Diploma or MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in BPM/ITO solutioning roles with a strong focus on BFS processes.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions for Retail Banking, Cards, and Payments.
• Strong understanding of global banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in process design tools and working knowledge of digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; Experience in supporting sales/pre-sales cycles preferred.
