The Financial Services market is a key priority for Sopra Steria. As part of the Consulting Business Line, you will play a pivotal role within the Financial Services Community. Your primary focus will be client engagements, working as part of high-performing teams.
As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will take ownership of complex assignments, manage client relationships, develop managerial skills, and support business development activities. Responsibilities may include project and change management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business and functional analysis, or architectural design.
You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Consulting within the Financial Services industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes in banking, insurance, social security, and/or mutuality companies.
- Digital Transformation: Experience in contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Areas of Expertise: Skills in IT Advisory, Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
- Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with Open Finance, Instant Payments, AI in Financial Services, ESG, or cloud migration.
- Certifications: Prince2, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
- Consulting Mindset: Ability to build client relationships and familiarity with business development.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French, with a strong grasp of the other, and fluent English.
