The Financial Services market is a key priority for Sopra Steria. As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will take ownership of complex assignments, manage client relationships, develop and apply managerial skills, and support business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Project and change management
- Agile/Scrum facilitation
- Business and functional analysis
- Architectural design
You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Consulting, working with clients in the Financial Services industry.
- Industry Knowledge: strong understanding of business processes in large banks, insurance companies, social security organizations, and/or mutuality companies.
- Digital Transformation: demonstrated experience in contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives for clients.
- Areas of Expertise: demonstrated skills in one or more of the following domains: IT Advisory (Target Operating Models), Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
- Languages: you're fluent in Dutch or French, have a strong grasp of the other, and speak English fluently as well.
