Full-Time Senior Design - Marketing / Brand

The Senior Designer will drive creative, conceptual design for marketing initiatives. This hands-on role collaborates closely with marketing teams, using expertise in Webflow, animation, motion design, video editing, AI-powered tools, and brand identity.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead creative development of marketing assets.
• Design & build responsive websites and landing pages (Webflow).
• Develop creative concepts and visual narratives.
• Incorporate AI tools to enhance design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams.
• Create and edit video content (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Incorporate motion design and animations.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Partner with product teams to align product marketing.
• Contribute to overall brand creative direction.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Minimum 5+ years of brand & marketing design experience.
• Proficient in Webflow, motion design, animation, and video editing.
• Demonstrated experience with AI-powered design tools.
• Deep understanding of brand development, product marketing, and storytelling.
• Strong design skills across digital, print, and motion graphics.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams to deliver assets.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
