Full-Time Senior Digital Designer

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our in-house creative team to collaborate and design high-quality creative content at Pet Circle. You’ll be working across all our marketing outputs to help create and deliver engaging content and assets including branding, digital campaigns, email campaigns, web & app content, social video content, digital marketing, packaging and print.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on creative briefs, taking conceptual ideas and creatively craft them to a high standard with consistency, attention to detail and smart strategic thinking.
• Ability to follow and develop brand guidelines, supporting the marketing team in rolling out designs consistently to best practice across all platforms including ecommerce websites, email marketing, social media channels, and digital banners.
• Proactively participate in developing content and designs across channels to improve engagement and initiatives.
• Upkeep footage/files – archiving and backing up work

Your Ideal Experience:

• Advanced skills across Adobe creative suite softwares, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign.
• Advanced experience in Figma Technical skills including: Typography, Content Management Systems (CMS), Web Design, Page Layout, and HTML (bonus)
• Experience and understanding of the end to end design process from concept to execution
• Strong visual skills that provide impact, deliver creativity and tell the Pet Circle story.
• Passionate, positive and enjoys new challenges, working collaboratively, proactively and contributing to team meetings.
• Ability to produce quality work within a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of motion graphics/2D animation ability, experience designing Html5 build of digital banners would be ideal too!
