JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Digital Experience Technical Specialist is responsible for managing the Digital Bank’s client facing technology platforms. This role leverages technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements across digital account opening and online banking platforms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-develop and execute the Bank's self-service banking strategy in line with the overall business goals
- Collaborate with the OLB tech lead
- Technical SME of the Bank's digital experience technology for efficiency and effectiveness on digital account opening and online banking
- Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues related to our digital platforms
- Provide technical support to business partners on questions and challenges related to the digital platforms
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal employees to follow for our digital platforms
- Suggest and implement improvements to the digital platforms
- Work with internal stakeholders for feature requests and business requirements
- Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the digital space and evaluate their potential impact on the Bank's digital experience
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid background in HTML/CSS/JavaScript Frameworks
- Experience in Python is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the Bank
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach
