About the Role:SecurityScorecard is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Channels to lead and expand our channel strategy during an exciting period of growth. Reporting to the SVP of Channels and Alliances, this leader will play a pivotal leadership role within our Channel team, overseeing a team of National Account Managers. You will drive strategic growth and maximize value with our national channel partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of National Account Managers to ensure partner growth and success.
- Champion collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functions.
- Define and implement growth strategies aligned with partner goals.
- Oversee and support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Utilize SSC's platforms to track, analyze, and leverage channel partner data for insights.
- Establish quarterly metrics reviews to ensure partners meet compliance and performance targets.
- Ensure accurate, accessible, and up-to-date business data for all partners.
- Direct the maintenance and accuracy of partner information in the partner portal.
- Conduct and oversee quarterly business reviews with national partners.
- Take on additional strategic responsibilities to drive partner ecosystem expansion.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales, program leadership, or partner management in enterprise SaaS and cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth through channel programs.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience designing and executing partner programs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
