As Sr. Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategic direction, development, and productization of Analytics and model development capabilities.

- Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for model development and analytics tools.
- Align product priorities with business strategies.
- Lead delivery of analytics capabilities and platform enhancements.
- Oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Lead business case development and Return on investment analysis.
- Report on Goals to measure product success.
- Build and mentor a product team.
- Foster transparency and engagement across global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Data Science, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management and operations.
- Background in Data Science or Analytics.
- Experienced team leader.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement.
- Experience leading presentations to senior leaders.
- Well-developed personal organization and time management.
