What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily finance operations.
- Prepare insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve systems.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Lead and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency.
Solid finance and accounting background, ideally with CPA qualification.
Experience in both large enterprises and start-ups.
Background in audit and exposure to inventory accounting a plus.
Proficiency with financial management systems—experience with Xero highly valued.
A knack for translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Proven success thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
A proactive, self-driven attitude with a love for improving processes.
