Full-Time Senior Financial Operations Manager

• Lead the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle.
• Create and oversee competitive bidding cycles (RFQs, RFPs) and manage the procure-to-pay process.
• Provide procurement research, guidance, and direction to other departments.
• Oversee the full vendor lifecycle.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Implement best practices for managing vendor risk.
• Act as a strategic partner to budget, manage and optimize the corporate travel program.
• Leverage technology to automate booking and expense reporting.
• Drive improvements in financial systems and integrations.
• Evaluate and implement new financial technologies.

• 6+ years of progressive financial operations or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools such as QuickBooks, Brex, Ramp, and Navan.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with multi-entity operations or international business is a plus.
• Takes ownership, communicates clearly, and brings a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to problem-solving.
