Position: Senior FP&A Analyst
Location: Remote (US/LATAM)

Team Growth: Expanding Finance team seeking a detail-oriented analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape business strategy with data-driven insights from daily, weekly, and monthly analytics.
- Develop sophisticated financial models for transparency and decision-making.
- Create collaborative and continuous forecast models.
- Lead analyses to inform product launches and growth, using forecasting techniques.
- Identify risks and opportunities through deep performance metric analysis and clear action plans.
- Support stakeholders from leadership to investors.
- Build strategic partnerships across teams (Growth, Operations, Product, Data).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of crafting financial models and analyses.
- Experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Corporate Finance/FP&A preferred.
- Experience working with operations teams preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Finance preferred.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including dashboard building in BI tools (Looker or Metabase).
- SQL skills for query writing.
- Dynamic P&L model building and insight extraction from complex data.
- Strong analytical curiosity.
- Fast-paced environment prioritization and multi-stakeholder project management skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
