Full-Time Senior Frontend Engineer

Senior Frontend Engineer mission: Develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions for school district clients. Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and release software solutions in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with product, architect solutions, and implement features.
• Ensure products are technically robust and aligned with business goals.
• Develop operational feasibility by evaluating analysis and requirements.
• Support team growth by creating documentation (flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.).
• Bring experience and ideas to iterate and improve team performance.
• Help reach a full CI/CD process.
• Impact many children, youth, and adults nationwide.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience developing software products.
• Comfortable writing modern frontend architecture integrating with backend.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX and driving successful features.
• Experience with unit and integration testing, seeking to automate testing.
• Empathetic and communicative team player.
• High standards, engaging and supporting team members.
• Collaborative approach, helping engineers and product partners.
• Ability to work remotely and attend regular meetings.

Tools: JavaScript, Node.JS, React, TypeScript, Firebase, PostgreSQL, Storybook, Google Cloud Platform.
