We're hiring a second in-house Senior Graphic Designer to meet growing creative demand across digital marketing, product launches, internal branding, and ad hoc requests. This role supports Koala's performance-driven growth by delivering engaging, high-impact design consistent with brand identity and scalable across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow brand guidelines to create graphics, videos, and other creative across all platforms.
- Design engaging static and video creatives for Meta and other platforms.
- Support affiliate and YouTube channel creative build-outs.
- Develop internal-facing materials (employer branding, decks, PDFs, one-pagers).
- Translate briefs and directives into on-brand assets that meet business goals.
- Iterate and optimize creative based on click-through and engagement performance.
- Copywriting for content as needed.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and CX teams on 360 campaigns.
- Support web, landing pages, and pop-up design needs.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and present findings to the team.
- Collaborate with other designers and freelancers.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the creative landscape, trends, and software.
- Assist in conceptualizing and brainstorming creative ideas.
- Creating and updating briefs, decks, templates, or guidelines.
- Utilize data and analytics to guide design decisions.
- Adhere to a fast-paced yet flexible working rhythm.
- Present work to the team and adjust design decisions according to feedback.
- Assist in influencer discovery, communication, and negotiation.
- Meet deadlines, assure work is high quality and reflects brand standards.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years experience in graphic design.
- Proficient with video editing and Adobe CC software.
- Experience with social media.
- Ability to design across platforms for 360° campaigns.
- Minimum educational level: Associates in graphic design or related field.
- Experience in the DTC, retail, and/or high-ticket product industry (a plus).
- Ability to clearly communicate design choices.
Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
