We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join an awesome team where you will be instrumental in executing the creative strategy and development of integrated, cross-channel initiatives. This is a opportunity that will allow you to leverage your skills in illustration, corporate branding, graphic design, and landing page design to create groundbreaking creative content that supports our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead the innovative development of our creative department by contributing to brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution.
Manage comprehensive knowledge of our global brand and business, producing high-level, quality core concept material and other visuals to achieve creative excellence.
Collaborate to lead programs and produce high-profile projects across multiple platforms.
Advocate for the value of consistency and customer empathy in our design strategy and how they contribute to increasing revenue and meeting KPIs.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing execution with client business objectives.
Maintain responsibility for the organization, archiving, and updating of digital asset management folders for all assets of large initiatives.
Ensure the highest quality standards are adhered to from the beginning to the execution of interactive media, imagery, advertisements, collateral, branding, presentations, templates, emails, and promotional items.
Review, edit, and approve final files for accuracy before launch, ensuring consistency in design application across program deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a graphic design role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Proven experience in creating and implementing graphic designs for various platforms
Experience in designing effective landing pages
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
