Engagement Manager will own the procurement program for a specific client.
Responsibilities include leading operations, making operational decisions, facilitating service changes, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Key Duties include attending to daily operational issues, managing client relationships, acting as a liaison, and being the single point of contact for the client.
Problem-solving using best practices and procedures.
Implementing new processes, facilitating documentation and training for new procurement programs, and managing change.
Deliverables include sold scope and performance, managing and developing teams, and new business opportunities.
Assisting delivery leaders in managing project queues and assigning tasks.
Assisting clients with procurement program rollouts, change management, communication strategies, and business process improvements.
Acting as the first point of escalation for team and client issues.
Ensuring successful client engagement per contract requirements.
Balancing client requests with WNS interests.
Providing leadership and consultation on strategic projects.
Meeting with client program management weekly and leading operations discussions.
Preparing and tracking metrics reporting for the entire program.
Leading process improvement discussions.
Documenting client-specific processes and exceptions.
Developing templates and job aids to improve efficiency.
Team Management
Providing leadership from a process, quality, and performance perspective.
Determining resource capacity and working with operations.
Coordinating training and development needs.
Coaching and mentoring delivery leads.
Tracking and implementing WNS initiatives.
New Business Opportunities
Identifying client needs and initiating conversations with the growth team.
Skills Required: Change management, program management, business process improvement, sourcing methodology, eSourcing technology, RFX development, communications management, and marketing internal programs.
Essential Skills: Client-specific processes, terminology, political environment, systems, requirements, customer service, written and verbal communication, negotiation, project management skills, decision-making, problem-solving, multitasking, business acumen, and P&L experience.
Education and Experience: Master's degree, 8-15 years of operational, program management, or consulting experience, prior management experience, and 5+ years of procurement process experience.
