Full-Time Senior Group Manager - Procurement Services

Engagement Manager will be the owner of the procurement program for a specific client.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operations, make operational decisions, and facilitate service changes to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Address daily operational issues, manage client relationships, and act as the single point of contact.
• Apply best practices and procedures to resolve issues and demonstrate a broad understanding of technical and business concepts in procurement.
• Implement new processes, facilitate documentation and training for new procurement programs, and manage change activities.
• Assist delivery leaders to manage the project queue and assign projects.
• Support client rollouts of procurement programs (change management, communication, process improvement).
• Act as the escalation point for operational issues with the team and client.
• Ensure successful client engagement per contract requirements.
• Balance client requests with WNS interests.
• Provide leadership and consultation on strategic projects.
• Weekly meetings with client program management team to lead operations discussions.
• Prepare and track program metrics.
• Lead process improvement discussions.
• Communicate changes to client and delivery teams.
• Document client-specific processes and exceptions.
• Develop templates and job aids to improve efficiency.

Talent Management:

• Provide leadership to the entire delivery team (process, quality, performance).
• Determine resource capacity to support client requirements.
• Coordinate training and development on client-specific processes.
• Coach and mentor delivery leads.
• Track and implement Denali initiatives.

New Business Opportunities:

• Identify client needs and initiate conversations with the growth team to expand account scope and revenue.

• Master’s Degree
• 8-15 years of experience in operational, program management, consulting
• Management experience (up to 10+ people)
• 5+ years of procurement experience
• Service delivery and consulting experience required
