Engagement Manager will be overall owner of procurement program for specific client.
Lead operations, make operational decisions, facilitate service changes, and ensure alignment with client expectations and delivery team.
Attend daily operational issues, manage client relationship, act as liaison and single point of contact with client.
Use discretion applying best practices and procedures to resolve issues.
Demonstrate broad understanding of technical and specialized concepts in business and procurement to solve client problems.
Implement new processes, facilitate documentation and training for new procurement programs.
Overall change management activities for client's new procurement initiatives.

Assist delivery leaders to setup and manage central project queue, assign projects.
Assist clients with rolling out programs, including change management, communication strategy, and business process improvement initiatives.
First point of escalation with team and client; communicate and resolve operational issues.
Ensure client engagement executed successfully per contract requirements.
Balance client requests against WNS interests.
Provide leadership and consultation on strategic projects with high importance.
Meet with client program management team weekly and lead operations discussions.
Prepare and track metrics reporting for entire program.
Lead process improvement discussions to enhance operations; communicate changes to client and delivery teams.
Ensure client specific processes and exceptions documented in category strategy and other intellectual capital.
Develop templates and job aids to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Denali processes.
Provide leadership to entire delivery team from process, quality, and performance perspective.
Determine resource capacity needed to support client requirements and work with operations.
Arrange and coordinate training & development needs of team on client specific processes.
Provide coaching and mentoring to delivery leads.
Track and implement WNS initiatives within team.
Listen for needs of client business groups; kick off conversations and introductions with growth team to expand account scope and revenue.
Strong consultative skills (change management, program management, business process improvement, sourcing methodology, eSourcing technology, RFX development and management, communications management, and internal marketing programs).
Mastery of client specific processes, terminology, political environment, systems, and requirements by various business groups.
Strong customer service orientation, excellent written and verbal communication (internal, client stakeholders, and supplier community).

Required Education and Experience: Master’s Degree, 8 to 15 years work experience in operational, program management, consulting capacity, prior management experience of up to 10+ people on a project level, 5+ year’s experience in procurement process, service delivery, and consulting experience is a must.
