Full-Time Senior Growth Design Manager

Sword Health is seeking a Senior Growth Design Manager to help build a pain-free world, powered by AI, and accessible to all.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive design initiatives to optimize acquisition and conversion.
• Design and iterate growth experiences (campaigns, emails, landing pages, onboarding).
• Balance brand storytelling with conversion-driven design for maximum performance.
• Ensure design consistency across platforms and touchpoints.
• Leverage data, A/B testing, and insights to improve user journeys.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a design team.
• Share insights, assets, and learnings with the Growth design team.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams.
• Advocate for user-centered design while balancing growth and performance.
• Develop a design experimentation framework.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 7+ years design experience, 3+ in growth/marketing/performance design.
• Strong leadership skills with mentoring experience.
• Proven track record of high-performing design solutions.
• Deep expertise in brand visual design and product design.
• Experience designing across multiple growth channels (email, social, paid media, websites, onboarding).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant tools.
• Understanding of A/B testing, CRO, and user analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
