The Role We are seeking a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager to establish ServiceNow’s security product management program.
This role enables developers and non-technical users to build secure applications and workflows, and drives internal adoption of security products.
Responsibilities
- Establish, optimize, and manage demand and development intake and governance.
- Collaborate with developers and internal customers to deliver secure product capabilities.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from development to release.
- Communicate with diverse stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define and report on product metrics.
- Build relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and developers.
- Identify and communicate complex problems with easily understood solutions.
- Define and execute the security strategy and roadmap for new products or major changes.
- Collaborate with security teams to use ServiceNow products effectively.
- Conduct market research and understand customer needs and pain points.
- Prioritize product features and requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions and make design trade-offs.
- Assume leadership responsibilities and drive outcomes.
- Build RACIs to identify decision-makers.
- Develop communications for various audiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software product management, 10+ years of business process management, and 3+ years of ServiceNow experience are highly desired.
- Skills: Understanding of AI integration, excellent planning, communication, and presentation skills, ability to listen and influence, ability to explain complex technical concepts, strong interpersonal skills, experience defining and capturing product requirements, experience managing or developing AI solutions, strong customer relationship building skills, and passion for defining and reporting meaningful metrics.
