Full-Time Senior Industry Advisor (Payments)

• Client Engagement & Business Development: Forge strong relationships with prospects and clients, translating their needs into opportunities. Build and maintain C-level executive trust.
• Internal Collaboration & Enablement: Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams. Provide industry-specific training.
• External Representation & Networking: Serve as an industry face of Endava, contributing to industry events. Represent Endava at conferences and seminars.
• Insight & Opportunity Cultivation: Utilize customer satisfaction assessments and market research to identify new avenues for business growth.
• Industry Knowledge & Thought Leadership: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Payments Industry. Spearhead the creation of white papers and industry trend analysis.

• Extensive experience in a senior advisory or consultancy role within the Payments Industry.
• Proven experience in a commercial role, generating new business and growing client relationships.
• Experience in developing and executing global industry strategies.
• Experience in leading and managing teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong background in cultivating executive-level client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in thought leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of Payment industry trends.
