Full-Time Senior Information Systems Auditor

Senior Information Systems Auditor / Supervisor will provide independent, objective assurance and consulting on the Company’s Information Technology (IT) environment within Aboitiz Foods.

Evaluates and assesses the organization’s information technology systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, legal, and industry standards and effective operation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop audit plans and programs to evaluate information systems, ensuring data integrity, asset safeguarding, and efficient transaction processing.
2. Perform compliance and substantive tests to analyze IT areas, identifying improvement opportunities.
3. Document audit results, supporting findings.
4. Prepare reports, memos, and presentations for management and the Audit Committee, including audit results, improvement opportunities, and recommendations.
5. Provide timely updates on audit progress, escalating issues.
6. Discuss observations and recommendations with management and process owners to gain feedback, action plans, and implementation dates.
7. Develop and maintain business partner relationships with auditees to review, evaluate and recommend improvements to controls and productivity, utilizing balanced business, technology, and audit knowledge.
8. Monitor and follow up on management action plans to ensure timely implementation.
9. Support external auditors in completing audits (when needed).
10. Maintain proficiency through industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates (seminars, research, self-study).
11. Participate in internal control projects.
12. Manage and support outsource/co-source parties for project completion (when needed).
13. Participate in company programs (quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management).
14. Perform other tasks as assigned.
15. Cascade relevant learning and perform training to share knowledge with the team.
16. Help prepare audit committee reports and fulfill reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or ISO 27001 Lead Audit certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems auditing or related field.
• Knowledge/experience in IT infrastructure, applications, databases, Operational Technology (OT) devices, ERP systems (SAP, Infor M3), cloud security, Google Workspace, Windows and SQL servers, Active Directory.
• Understanding of information security, network architecture, and network security risks, strong technical background in IT and security.
• Proven experience conducting audits in food manufacturing/feed milling industry.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST).
• Excellent communication, time/project management, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel within Asia.
• Strong personality to deal with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
