THE CHALLENGEEventbrite has built a world-class events platform and marketplace, enabling entrepreneurs worldwide to build and grow their businesses with live events. We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketer who can evolve our B2B communications to help acquire, engage, and retain event organizers. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover insights and identify opportunities to improve cross-channel communications.
THE TEAMLifecycle Marketing builds strong relationships with event organizers through engaging event lifecycle updates, cross-sells, upsells, feature launches, and loyalty campaigns.
THE ROLEThis role will architect initiatives that establish customer relationships and inspire engagement and retention. You'll create, execute, and maintain campaigns and marketing plans.
YOU WILL
- Develop, execute, and optimize customer campaigns.
- Leverage market research and data analytics insights to inspire campaigns and optimizations.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align campaign strategies.
- Build cohesive user journeys with segmentation.
- Measure, monitor, and report on performance metrics.
- Build, test, and optimize engagement and retention programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated, cross-channel campaigns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify engagement opportunities.
- Assist with distribution efforts outside email, as needed.
THE SKILL SET
- 4+ years of email marketing experience.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Experience with email delivery platforms, CRM software, and data warehouses (e.g., Hubspot, Braze).
- Experience with mobile marketing (push and SMS).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Experience writing customer-facing content.
- Experience defining, measuring, tracking, and reporting metrics.
- Experience running A/B tests.
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
- Bachelor's degree
