Full-Time Senior Manager - Civil Solar Planning & Engineering

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Serve as Deputy to the Executive Director of Planning & Engineering.
  • Assist in leading technical and strategic activities.
  • Liaise between Planning & Engineering, Project Development, and Corporate Finance.
  • Establish and maintain engineering standards and risk assessment frameworks.
• Project Development & Execution:
  • Oversee early-stage site evaluations and constraints analyses.
  • Direct permitting strategy and coordination with agencies.
  • Manage consultant teams for civil, electrical, and environmental studies.
  • Advise on cost, constructability, and technical risk factors.
• Governance & Oversight:
  • Track engineering budgets, schedules, and progress.
  • Oversee technical reviews and provide recommendations.
  • Oversee the development of internal reporting dashboards.
• Team & Culture Development:
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and planners.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-driven team culture.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, and training.
