Red Canary is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance to join our growing Finance team!
Experienced finance professional ready to step into a leadership role.
Oversee and optimize company’s capital structure, drive strategic financial initiatives, support long-term corporate growth and value creation.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate-level financial initiatives (capital allocation, ROI analysis, funding strategies)
- Financial modeling and valuation analysis (supporting strategic initiatives, M&A, partnerships)
- Collaborate with senior leadership (evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks/rewards)
- Develop long-term financial strategies (debt/equity management, healthy/sustainable capital structure)
- Support corporate-level decision-making (actionable insights, comprehensive analysis)
- Guide and mentor a team of Analysts
- Participate in strategic financial planning, budget alignment
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, with forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business; MBA/CFA preferred
- Experience in mid-sized/large companies ($100M-$500M revenue), ideally in a high-growth or SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency in FP&A tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP) and key SaaS metrics
- Proven ability to manage/influence stakeholders, build cross-functional relationships
- Exceptional analytical skills (translate data, communicate to non-financial stakeholders)
- Strong leadership skills (managing/mentoring junior team members)
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects/priorities
- Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in developing/scaling financial models for high-growth companies
- Strong business acumen (drive operational efficiency, long-term financial planning)
- Proactive/innovative mindset
Compensation
$127,000 - $180,000 + Bonus and Equity
